Join us if you’re ready to take your career to new heights in a dynamic environment that values hard work, innovation, and continuous growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL DO</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consult with clients to understand project and business objectives, and provide guidance on appropriate design, methodology, and path to project success.</li>\n<li>Serve as project lead and main client contact on diverse projects for diverse healthcare clients.</li>\n<li>Achieve organic sales targets for assigned accounts and collaborate with Business Development when needed.</li>\n<li>Create and present project design and world-class proposals while collaborating with Strategists and Social Scientists.</li>\n<li>Lead a team of strategists to ensure project execution.</li>\n<li>Play a central role in all facets of research and consulting projects ensuring project objectives are met.</li>\n<li>Oversee projects to ensure they stay in scope, on budget, and on time.</li>\n<li>Manage and serve as a coach for junior staff, including development of project-related skills and identification of advancement opportunities.</li>\n<li>Play a leading role on internal initiatives that align with career ambitions and company objectives (e.g., knowledge capital development, staff development, innovation, etc.).</li>\n<li>Play a meaningful role in cultivating BioVid’s company culture and evolution by participating in organizational initiatives (e.g., committees, innovation, client relationship building). </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHO YOU ARE </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent required, Master’s in relevant field preferred.</li>\n<li>6+ year’s primary, custom, healthcare market research industry experience required.</li>\n<li>Joy in exploring big ideas and applying them to real-world challenges.</li>\n<li>Penchant for creative problem solving and raising the bar.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail without losing the forest for the trees.</li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to occasionally travel out-of-state/out-of-country.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p>We are committed to supporting our team members not just in their day-to-day work, but in their long-term growth.
