    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced <strong>DAG Action Officer </strong>for the USCYBERCOM program. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location: On site at Fort Meade, MD.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide staff/project support for USCYBERCOM J3 Operations Director’s Action Group (DAG).</li>\n <li>Manage engagements, materials, and information for senior J3 leadership interactions with Combatant Command (CCMD) Commanders / Deputy Commanders / other key senior leaders.</li>\n <li>Coordinate J3 leadership communications across subordinate J-Directorates and the cross—organizational staffs in order to ensure the intent, messages and themes for J3 are synchronized, harmonized, clear and consistent</li>\n <li>Coordinate input and craft presentations, papers, and materials IAW J3 senior leadership direction for projects, proposals, and initiatives.</li>\n <li>Remain conversant with vision, mission and intent of USCYBERCOM and issues considered by the Service and functional-area Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ) commands.</li>\n <li>Perform ad hoc tasks in execution of J3 Cyber Mission priorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#COSS</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of a High School Diploma.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, with a cyber or SIGINT focus.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>U.S. citizenship required.</li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understands Cyber Mission and grasps implications of policy and operations in cyberspace</li>\n <li>Prior DAG/CAG experience desired</li>\n <li>Experience in fast-paced environment directly supporting the senior leadership of an organization</li>\n <li>Demonstrated maturity in communications, professional in manner.</li>\n <li>Possesses judgment and discretion handling sensitive information and “need to know\".</li>\n <li>Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and participation in an attractive bonus</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
