We’re looking for someone who can connect authentically with our audience on-air, across social media, at live events, etc. If you’re an energetic personality who knows how to entertain, inform, and engage in a way that feels real and relatable, then we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p>The anticipated starting salary range for Massachusetts -based individuals expressing interest in this position is $25.00/Hr..-$28.00/Hr.. </p>\n<p>Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.</p>\n<p>Audacy offers full time employees with a comprehensive benefits package to include:  health care coordinator, medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, disability, life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, paid time off (sick, vacation, personal, parental, volunteer), 401(k) retirement plan, discounted employee stock purchase, student loan payment assistance program, legal assistance, life assistance program, identity theft protection, discounted home and auto insurance, and pet insurance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.</li>\n <li>Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence</li>\n <li>Protect the station’s FCC license</li>\n <li>Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift</li>\n <li>Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly</li>\n <li>Operate the control board and perform production work</li>\n <li>Other duties as required by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of all music, popular culture what’s topic for the stations target demo is a must</li>\n <li>Familiar with FCC guidelines</li>\n <li>Experience with Wide Orbit, Vox Pro, Adobe Audition is preferred</li>\n <li>At least 2 years on air experience is preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Passion and enthusiasm is a must</li>\n</ul>\n<p>NOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
