All of our products are backed by complete technical support that ensures quality, reliability, and value.</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Technology &amp; Innovation (T&amp;I) Program and Portfolio Manager</strong> who is responsible for driving visibility, alignment, and execution across Americhem&rsquo;s global T&amp;I project portfolio. This role ensures that innovation efforts are prioritized, balanced, and resourced effectively across segments and regions. The position serves as a centralized coordination point between T&amp;I, Commercial, and Operational stakeholders to manage labor tracking, pipeline planning, dashboarding, and communication routines. By enabling better cross-functional decision-making, this role helps accelerate speed-to-market and improve overall innovation productivity.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Project &amp; Portfolio Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain visibility of the global T&amp;I project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and resource availability.</li><li>Facilitate regular portfolio reviews and project prioritization meetings with T&amp;I and segment leadership.</li><li>Track project status, milestone adherence, risk factors, and corrective actions in coordination with project owners.</li></ul><p><strong>Resource Management</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor labor utilization across regions, functions, and growth platforms to optimize capacity planning.</li><li>Support T&amp;I leaders in workload balancing, staffing needs, and cross-functional coordination.</li><li>Partner with HR, Finance, and Development teams to maintain accurate labor reports and forecasts.</li><li>Train the broader T&amp;I team on advanced statistics and design of experiment methodologies.</li></ul><p><strong>Systems &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Own and update centralized dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to drive visibility and accountability in T&amp;I execution.</li><li>Continuously improve processes and tools that enable timely decision-making, risk mitigation, and efficient project execution.</li></ul><p><strong>Communication &amp; Change Support</strong></p><ul><li>Act as liaison between technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure portfolio decisions are clearly communicated and implemented.</li><li>Support functional leaders with meeting facilitation, document preparation, and follow-ups related to innovation programs.</li><li>Assist with change management initiatives that impact the innovation pipeline or T&amp;I structure.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field required. Project management certification (PMP or similar) required.</li><li>10+ years of experience in T&amp;I portfolio and project management, product development, or technical operations with exposure to portfolio and resource planning.</li><li>Strong understanding of stage-gate processes, project lifecycle management, and innovation portfolio governance.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient and trained in advanced statistics and design of experiment methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel or similar) and data visualization platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Power BI).&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p><strong>Travel:&nbsp;</strong>Occasional travel (up to 20%) to pilot lines, manufacturing sites, and vendor locations as needed</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Desired Qualities/Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on follow-through and execution.</li><li>Strong analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset and business acumen.</li><li>Highly collaborative and diplomatic, able to navigate across levels and functions with professionalism.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.</li><li>Process- and systems-oriented, with continuous improvement mindset and interest in driving operational efficiency.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
