We have seasonal full time and part time positions available.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The purpose of the Yellowstone Club SnowSports Instructor is to provide ski instruction to members ages 2 to 99+ years old.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Functions</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Explain and demonstrate technical ski concepts in a safe, fun, and professional manner using a variety of interactive teaching methods based off age, learning style, and ability of the student within the guidelines of Yellowstone Club Snowsports School and PSIA.</li><li>Teach a wide variety of lessons from first-time skier&rsquo;s to advanced students and everything in between.&nbsp;</li><li>Set lesson plans based on Members and/or guests needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Summarize with students at the end of the lesson, to include reviewing skills worked on and progress made.</li><li>Uphold the highest levels of guest safety on varied terrain in high altitude, with varying winter weather conditions.</li><li>Ensure that students are matched to appropriate skier/snowboarding skill level and working with supervisors/managers to make appropriate changes when necessary.</li><li>Help with completion of other mountain tasks, including but not limited to set up and tear down of on mountain props. Building and installing interactive on mountain content.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively participate in our Yellowstone Club Training program to meet our required training and PSIA event participation requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain Current and active membership in PSIA.&nbsp;</li><li>Read and understand all safety and operating policies and procedures. Ask a supervisor/manager for clarification on any policy or procedure if needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in cleaning of locker room and other shared areas.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Pay</strong></p><ul><li>This role typically pays between $23.00-$45.00 per hour.
