In this role, you will engage in critical problem-solving across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, contributing to spacecraft mission design, test campaign execution, and overall mission success.</p>\n<h2>Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications</h2>\n<p>In this role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support spacecraft mission design and system integration activities </li>\n <li>Develop and execute test campaigns across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle </li>\n <li>Analyze and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues </li>\n <li>Investigate test findings and anomalies to ensure mission integrity </li>\n <li>Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance system performance </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline </li>\n <li>Approximately 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering or related fields</li>\n <li>Experience with test campaign definition and execution </li>\n <li>Experience with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting </li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Spacecraft Design & Mission Development </li>\n <li>Experience with Python coding (intermediate or advanced proficiency) </li>\n <li>Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle </li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong>The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $110,000 – $155,000 per year plus a significant, company-funded profit-sharing retirement savings plan. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus and a full benefits package.</p>\n<h2>Deliverable(s)</h2>\n<p>Contribute to meaningful work supporting critical space and mission integration efforts.</p>",
