    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Work Experience: More than <strong>24 months</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sound knowledge of:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Network and server hardware and components </li>\n <li>Copper and fibre cabling systems</li>\n <li>Equipment racking and stacking (installation)</li>\n <li>Installation and removal of field replaceable units (e.g. hard drive, memory, line cards, transceivers)</li>\n <li>Network monitoring systems and usage</li>\n <li>Device and database backup & restore processes</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting and testing </li>\n <li>Network connectivity</li>\n <li>Out of band management tools such as iLO and Drac systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Root cause analysis assistance</li>\n <li>Professional business communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Effective organizational skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Leadership and/or team experience</li>\n <li>Participate in the configuration and support of systems.</li>\n <li>Adherence to assigned schedule</li>\n <li>Adhering to documented policies, procedures, processes </li>\n <li>Able to function in a team environment</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge levels as industry enhancements occur </li>\n <li>Support installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end systems products</li>\n <li>Continuous improvement of service delivery.</li>\n <li>Ability to juggle time and resources to meet or exceed expectations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Awareness of:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Windows server, Unix operating systems</li>\n <li>Command Line Interface (CLI) commands</li>\n <li>Physical Storage and backup procedures (e.g. tape library systems)</li>\n <li>HVAC and UPS systems</li>\n <li>Active Directory</li>\n <li>Exchange</li>\n <li>Common Software applications</li>\n</ul>\n<p>IT qualifications may include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft server certifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Language</strong></p>\n<p>English (written and verbal) and Local language. </p>",
