Store Manager – Jamestown, ND
Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 starting base + quarterly performance bonus
Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (retention-based)
About the Role
Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota is seeking a strong, hands-on retail leader to manage our Jamestown store . This role is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and donation growth.

What You’ll Do
As Store Manager, you will lead the full store operation, including:
Overseeing daily store operations Hiring, training, and developing team members Coaching and motivating employees to succeed Creating schedules and managing labor hours Driving store sales and donation flow Ensuring strong merchandising and customer experience Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Building a positive, respectful, and results-driven team culture Compensation & Benefits
