Description
Le coordonnateur des installations et centre d’appel (CICA) bilingue fournira un excellent service à la clientèle par l'entremise de divers canaux, soit le téléphone, le courriel ou la messagerie instantanée. Une journée dans la vie d'un CICA consistera à recevoir les demandes de service des clients par le biais des canaux ci-dessus. Vous serez également chargé(e) de saisir les informations relatives aux ordres de travail dans les systèmes de GMAO tiers de nos clients, ainsi que des mises à jour sur l'avancement des ordres de travail. Le CICA effectue des tâches administratives et occasionnellement sur le terrain.
