    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary of Job Duties:</strong></p><p>Perform the daily maintenance and upkeep of hotel equipment such as air conditioning units, kitchen equipment, electrical maintenance, plumbing maintenance, guest rooms and general hotel and casino property maintenance including exterior maintenance.</p><p><strong>Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform maintenance on rooms.</li><li>Plumbing and electrical repairs and other construction processes.</li><li>Diagnose and adjust and/or replace guest room amenities such as televisions, air conditioning units, lighting fixtures, pluming fixtures tile work, phone repairs and carpet repair.</li><li>Remove and replace air conditioning dust filters.</li><li>Work with power tools which contain sharp blades and/or high pressure components such as high pressure hoses and water pressure.</li><li>Use of handheld radios and/or personal protective equipment.</li><li>Renders personal assistance to patrons.</li><li>Moves furniture as needed.</li><li>Removal of major debris from construction or repair work.</li><li>Dry wall repair including removal and replacing wall material, framing and electrical.</li><li>Repair, maintenance or replacement of wall paper and/or wall paint.</li><li>Removal and instillation of doors, glass and wood.</li><li>Loads and empties trash receptacles from construction debris.</li><li>Transports trash and waste to disposal area.</li><li>Replenishes salt in water softening unit.</li><li>Replaces light bulbs and electrical fixtures in any area of the hotel or casino.</li><li>Ensure all items in room are in working order including but not limited to the television, lights, air conditioning unit, telephone, alarm clock, drapes and curtains and the luggage rack.</li><li>Preventative maintenance on all types of equipment</li><li>Familiar with pneumatic control systems, electric and electronic controls</li><li>Test and balance A/R supplies related to HVAC equipment</li><li>Respond to guest calls; to emergencies; perform documentation</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays</li><li>Maintain neat and friendly appearance at all times inclusive of all job areas, using cover clothing when needed to maintain clean appearance.</li><li>Ability to communicate and understand English, verbally and in writing. Second language always encouraged.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Requirement:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>At least 3 years&rsquo; experience working in skilled craft-related positions</li><li>Minimum 1 year previous experience working in Maintenance/ HVAC in Casino Hotel</li><li>Technical positions should have certification in preferred field, (i.e. &nbsp;A/C Tech, Electrician, Plumber, etc.)</li><li>Lock-out-tag-out, Blood Borne Pathogens, Ergonomics and back safety training.
