    "description": "<p>The Turnaround Scheduler shall report to the Lead Turnaround Specialist during execution and the Project Controls Lead during planning phase. The scheduler is responsible for all aspects of his/her assigned project area throughout its life cycle.<br />\n<br />\nSchedulers will walk down scope, verify progress, and coordinate with all parties to ensure the schedule reflects proper status and forecast.<br />\n<br />\nDuring execution Schedulers with mobilize to the field and provided daily forecasts for the management team.<br />\n<br />\nPlanning Phase</p>\n\n<p>Develop proper scheduling infrastructure for each turnaround: activity codes, resources, WBS nodes, etc. Import jobs, tie logic, code, resource load/level all work in schedule Facilitate schedule reviews with TMT and Ops Work with planners and operations to develop decom/com plans for each system Work with cost group and planners on histograms and start/stop dates of necessary contractors<br />\n<br />\nExecution Phase</p>\n\n<p>Contractor Onboarding Follow assigned contractors/jobs and verify progress throughout all phases Work with scheduler to monitor productivity of contractor throughout all phases Monitor all contractor&#39;s safety practices Monitor contractor&#39;s head count and insure it is appropriate for the work fronts Work with inspections to identify any additional/discovery work Coordinate with cost group on AWR cost.<br />\n<br />\nOngoing Efforts</p>\n\n<p>Maintain clean and non-repetitious scheduling database Maintain a safe and sanitary work place Constantly monitor Client&#39;s scheduling practices and suggest improvements where you see fit Maintenance assistance Potential Capital work assignments</p>\n",
