ABOUT THE ROLE As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations across our food and beverage outlets: Culfords Restaurant (including two private dining rooms – 80 covers), the Speakeasy Bar, the Library and In-Apartment Dining This is a hands-on role that requires leadership by example, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for impeccable service. You will be responsible for supporting a multi-skilled F&B team, ensuring seamless and personalised service delivery, and contributing to the training and development of the team. A proactive and forward-thinking approach is essential. You will be expected to take initiative in identifying opportunities for service enhancements, ensuring all resident requests and orders are followed up promptly and professionally, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to bring to life our unique culinary vision and deliver memorable dining experiences to our Residents and their guests. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident, and genuinely passionate about food, wine, and exceptional service. You should thrive in a luxury hospitality environment, have a strong floor presence, and enjoy leading from the front. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong initiative. You will anticipate guest needs, follow up thoroughly, and constantly look for ways to enhance the resident experience. You will ideally have experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel and be eager to grow your leadership skills within a collaborative and inspiring team.
