Responsibilities, Requirements, and Total Rewards What You’ll Be Doing As a valuable part of the Tighe & Bond Team , the Technical Director will lead a growing team focused on delivering complex waterfront, marine, and coastal infrastructure projects. This role combines technical leadership, business development, client engagement, and staff mentorship, with the opportunity to help shape the strategic direction and continued expansion of the practice.
