    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong><u>Job Purpose&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>Understand, predict, and enhance material planning using analytical and quantitative methods. Support purchasing, scheduling, planning, and operations by assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Coordinate and synergize activities to improve performance in logistics and inventory&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Monitor and evaluate employee performance in logistics and inventory&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Maintain bin counts and reconciliation of inventory&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Serve as a key backup for inventory and logistics coordinators&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Manage freight deliveries and ensure product has been received as promised&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Lead efforts to maintain accurate records in SAP systems&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Manage SAP discrepancies, working with warehouse, production, and controller to coordinate data integrity; correct all discrepancies, coordinating timely ingredient delivery from 3PL companies&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Work with production and inventory to close orders promptly&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Follow up on order process errors; correct errors and work to prevent recurrence&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Perform reconciliation of SAP inventory&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Perform daily SAP transactions&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training; maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; and report any injury, accident, or unsafe condition immediately to supervisory staff&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Perform other job-related duties as assigned&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>&bull; High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; 1-3 years of SAP inventory and logistics/supply chain support experience&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Experience with outbound/inbound freight coordination&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Knowledge of business office and supply chain operations&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Knowledge of logistics and transportation&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; SAP knowledge including experience with SAP systems and transactions&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and other computer applications&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Excellent communication skills&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and multi-task to complete short\u0002and long-term projects&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to work independently and efficiently</p><p><br></p><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\"><em>California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, and New York Residents Only:&nbsp;</em></strong><em>The hourly range for this role is $22</em><em>.00 to $25.00</em><em>&nbsp;per hour.
