Your attention to detail and consistency will make a direct impact every day.<strong>Location:</strong> Chesapeake, VA<strong>Hours:</strong> 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM<strong>Days:</strong> Monday – Friday<strong>Pay:</strong> $15.00 per hour<strong>Site Requirement:</strong> All employees <strong>must be U.S. Citizens</strong> and must successfully <strong>complete and clear a background check</strong> for employment and site badging. </p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean assigned office and common areas, including dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing fingerprints from doors and fixtures.</li>\n <li>Empty, clean, and replace liners in trash and recycling receptacles; transport waste to designated areas.</li>\n <li>Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep or dust-mop hard floors and damp-mop spills as needed.</li>\n <li>Clean and maintain restrooms as assigned or when covering call-offs.</li>\n <li>Keep janitor closets clean, stocked, and organized.</li>\n <li>Inspect work areas during and after cleaning to ensure they meet site procedures and Servicon standards.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures and participate in required training; perform additional tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It Takes To Be Successful</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Interpersonal and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Proficient verbal/written communication skills (Spanish a plus) </li>\n <li>Time management skills</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and reliability.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and stay on task throughout the shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Why You Will Love It Here</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive</li>\n <li>Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!</li>\n <li>Safe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable) </li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n</ul>",
