Our long-term outlook, institutional weight and global breadth provide our clients with a stable and reliable financial partner, whether in Corporate or Personal Banking or our Trade Services, Commodities, Financial Institutions and Global Markets lines of business.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Development Associate takes part in application projects, supports daily maintenance of production application systems and fulfils business requests. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Application Maintenance </strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide first level application maintenance and support services </p></li>\n <li><p>Investigate application issues and analyze requests, propose solutions for supervisor to review, test and execute the solution after it is approved.  </p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in updating application systems maintenance documents. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure adherence to the change management procedure when implementing application solutions.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Application Development </strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the requirement gathering, and development of technical solution and project plan.   </li>\n <li>Develop application codes that follow secure coding principles.</li>\n <li>Conduct testing including unit test, system integration test to validate if the new application meets business requirements. </li>\n <li>Support user acceptance test and production go-live.</li>\n <li>Develop technical documents related to the application project.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, Financial Mathematics or related subject required. Master’s degree preferred.</p></li>\n <li>1-2 years of strong web page and computer program development and testing experience</li>\n <li>1-2 years of Database SQL development, ETL, reporting, and data warehousing design and implementation experience</li>\n <li>1-2 years of IT project development, testing and maintenance experience</li>\n <li>IT industry certificates preferred</li>\n <li>Demonstrate skill in at least 2 programming languages (e.g. Java, VB, C++, C#, C Shell, Python, PL/SQL)</li>\n <li>Demonstrate Application development knowledge</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range<p><em>Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.</em></p></h2>USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.",
