Description
Position: Project Manager Classification: Full-time, exempt
Work Schedule: Business hours, other as needed
Direct Reports: None
Position Base: Centennial Co
Location(s): In person Colorado
Travel: 25% of the time
Summary of Position:
The Project Manager owns two connected disciplines at FES: application engineering (scoping and quoting) and project delivery (execution through commissioning). Combining these functions in a single role creates a direct feedback loop—the person who quotes the job is the same person who executes it, which drives continuous improvement in cost accuracy, schedule realism, and customer satisfaction.
This role is the single point of contact between the customer and FES from the quotation stage through project completion. The Project Manager works with the sales team during the proposal process, coordinates with engineering and operations to fulfill the order, provides complete documentation so the customer can prepare their site, and supports the operations team through commissioning.
