You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Work in team/crew setting reporting to a daily supervisor. Work with principles of teamwork, and good communication displaying these daily; Capable of working independently at times; Perform job duties as assigned, in line with SOP’s and health/safety standards at site; Operate machinery including hand tools; Maintain equipment and work area in good working conditions (implement 5S including Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, & Sustain); Repairing and replacing physical components of various buildings/ complexes as directed; under the direction of the Carpenter; Fabricating required structures according to construction requirements; under the direction of the Carpenter; Supporting all departmental initiatives with a concentration on preventative maintenance and construction initiatives; All other duties as may be assigned.
