font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–7+ years of experience leading operations, project management, legal operations, or business process improvement.</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.</li>\n<li>Strong operational leadership with experience building scalable systems and workflows.</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency with Filevine or comparable legal case management platforms.</li>\n<li>Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Google Sheets, dashboard reporting, and operational metrics.</li>\n<li>Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational or process improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within Personal Injury or Plaintiff-side legal operations.</li>\n<li>Experience implementing automation tools such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Make, or similar platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms.</li>\n<li>Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Operations Management, or related certifications.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting executive leadership within high-growth organizations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
