Description The Sky Global Indian Classic - RM-Sky Channel-VRM - NR role is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to its success. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial market and products. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain high-value clients in the Sky Channel-VRM - NR market. Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and offering personalized solutions. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide timely and accurate advice to clients. Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and seminars to educate and engage clients on financial matters. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries. Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing regular performance updates and making recommendations for improvement. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions, upholding the bank's reputation. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals. Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for client relationship management. Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and attend relevant training programs. A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
