Duties</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><i>Typical duties include but are not limited to:</i></span></p><div>&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Commitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures and ability to promote safety awareness.&nbsp;</li><li>Appraises employee performance, communicates goals and expectations, provide honest feedback and coaches team members.</li><li>Efficiently use the AWM Scheduler to assign Order Pullers to complete department and facility goals.</li><li>Provides continual training to team members with an emphasis on safety and service.&nbsp;</li><li>Coach employees on how to perform the correct furniture handling and loading techniques.</li><li>Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates, leads, and develops teamwork within the Order Puller Department.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the correct paperwork/forms are filled out correctly.</li><li>Identifying and reading reports, tickets and UPC labels.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse and load Order Pullers with merchandise.</li><li>Able to operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner.</li><li>Able to correctly use a hand truck.</li><li>Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner.</li><li>All training provided by AFW</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><i><strong>This position does have supervisory responsibilities.</strong></i></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;
