Mission alignment and an empathetic approach are key to advancing health equity, inclusion, patient experience, and positive clinical outcomes.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong>-Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, identifying impairments, limitations, and functional goals-Develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs, incorporating both short- and long-term goals-Provide hands-on treatments such as exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function-Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes-Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for self-care and prevention of further injury-Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care-Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and Central Health standards-Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices-Implement and uphold department policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies regarding physical therapy practice-Foster strong communication channels between physical therapy team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care-Other duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM EDUCATION: </strong>Master's Degree (higher degree accepted) in Physical Therapy (MPT) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED EDUCATION: </strong>Doctoral or Professional Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: </strong>1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED LICENSE: </strong>Unrestricted License for Physical Therapy</p>",
