    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><i>First Solar reserves the right to offer you a role most applicable to your experience and skillset.</i></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Basic Job Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, troubleshoots day-to-day manufacturing issues, identifies and/or implements system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield, and product performance goals.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience &amp; Education:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Candidates must meet one of the following criteria to qualify:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Associates degree in a technical discipline.</li>\n   <li>Two or more years of machine or mechanic experience as a primary job function.</li>\n   <li>One year First Solar technical experience.</li>\n   <li>Six months experience as Temporary Manufacturing Engineering Technician at First Solar.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safety-first mindset.</li>\n <li>General electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge.</li>\n <li>Self-directed, ability to work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Good written and oral communications skills.</li>\n <li>Able to trouble shoot and solve problems on the manufacturing line.</li>\n <li>Ability to deal with administrative as well as technical tasks.</li>\n <li>Comprehension of vacuum technology fundamentals.</li>\n <li>Understanding of deposition principles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops a complete understanding of Deposition processes, equipment, and support systems.</li>\n <li>Solves day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.</li>\n <li>Identifies and implements yield and product performance improvements.
