You’ll also:</div><div><!--block-->&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and designs aligned with client expectations and funding requirements.&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Coordinate with municipal clients, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), local utilities and other stakeholders.&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Supervise and mentor design engineers and technical staff, ensuring deliverables meet quality assurance and quality control standards.&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Prepare proposals, cost estimates and technical reports to support business development and project pursuits.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Represent Fehr Graham at public meetings, council sessions and client presentations.&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Oversee construction administration tasks and maintain strong relationships with contractors and field personnel.&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->&nbsp;</div><div><!--block--><strong>What it takes<br></strong>Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. You should bring eight to 10 years of experience in municipal or transportation engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin is required or the ability to obtain licensure within the first six months of employment.
