Description

About this position... The Construction Superintendent for our new Senior Living Facility and Multi-Family project will be responsible for the on-site management and coordination of the project from start to finish. This individual will oversee the site based out of the Greater Harrisburg area. Leads the project construction team. Continuously monitors and adjusts schedules, administers budgets, cost control, quality, and safety review. Ensures true Quality Partner relationships are created and maintained. Monitors the construction schedule to ensure work is on time. Complete schedule changes when necessary. Establishes project and construction priorities. What we are looking for from you... Minimum of 7 years experience leading as a Superintendent Must have experience in ground-up construction for Senior Living Heavily independent and can manage jobsite with little to no supervision Working experience with all phases of construction and prioritizes deadlines Ability to work closely with customers, construction personnel, personnel in other work groups, contractors, suppliers, and other team members Ability to work from drawings and blueprints Why work for Triple Crown Corporation??
