    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">Automotive Technician (A &amp; B Level)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | NO WEEKENDS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Tired of Giving Up Your Weekends?</span></p>\n<p>At Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we believe great technicians deserve a life outside the shop.</p>\n<p>That’s why our technicians enjoy:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">NO SATURDAYS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">NO SUNDAYS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">FIVE-DAY WORK WEEK</span></p>\n<p>If you are an experienced Automotive Technician looking for better work-life balance, a positive environment, and a dealership that values your time and skills, we want to speak with you.</p>\n<p>Milford CDJR is growing and looking for motivated A &amp; B Level Technicians to join our expanding service team.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles</li>\n<li>Conduct multi-point inspections</li>\n<li>Complete factory-recommended services and repairs</li>\n<li>Diagnose drivability, electrical, suspension, brake, and engine concerns</li>\n<li>Perform road tests to verify repairs</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate repair documentation</li>\n<li>Work closely with service advisors and management</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automotive technician experience required</li>\n<li>Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is a plus</li>\n<li>State Inspection License preferred</li>\n<li>Strong diagnostic and repair skills</li>\n<li>Must have your own tools</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n<li>Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">Schedule:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Monday – Friday</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">7:45 AM – 6:00 PM</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">OFF EVERY SATURDAY &amp; SUNDAY</span></p>\n<p>In the automotive industry, weekends off are rare.
