This position delivers timely, person-centered, trauma-informed care with the goal of reducing risk, stabilizing symptoms, and supporting continuity of care across the crisis continuum of services. Expected outcomes include safe crisis resolution, accurate clinical documentation, and effective collaboration with other members of the crisis services team to ensure coordinated care and appropriate transitions.&nbsp;
