    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</p>\n<p>Provide management oversight and direction for the day-to-day operational activities of the facility.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p>\n<p>· Manage one or more departments efficiently and effectively to maximize cost effective quality of services.</p>\n<p>· Manage and implement programs to ensure all employees are committed to quality and service.</p>\n<p>· Actively participate in strategic planning and corresponding development activities including regulatory preparedness and quality improvement.</p>\n<p>· In CEO’s absence, operate the facility within that capacity.</p>\n<p>· Assists the CEO in collaborative efforts related to the development, communication and implementation of effective strategies and processes.</p>\n<p>· Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.</p>\n<p>· Assist with budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits.</p>\n<p>· Evaluate operational processes by analyzing business objectives and patient needs.</p>\n<p>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p>\n<p>· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n<p>· Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.</p>\n<p>· Two or more years’ of experience in a related field required.</p>\n<p>· Five or more years’ of hands-on experience in the behavioral health field required.</p>\n<p>LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:</p>\n<p>· Independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LWSW) preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing equal  employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws</p>",
