Additional job description include collaboration with the healthcare team, paticipationin on-going feedback regarding performance improvement, implementation of clinical pathway/plan of care to guide the patient care delivery.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Respiratory Care Practioner must demonstrate proficincy in the following areas: MST, ICU, Emergency Room, Subacute and BHU.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Graduated from AMA accredited School of Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.</p>\n<p>Minimum of one year acute patient care experence in Respiratory Services or Respiratory related care preferred.</p>\n<p>Current California RCP license,</p>\n<p>Current Healthcare provider BLS,</p>\n<p>Current ACLS,</p>\n<p>Current PALS and NRP, Within 60 days of hiring,</p>\n<p>RRT preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Hospital Description</h2>\n<p>Greater El MOnte Community Hospital is an 110 bed hospital in which provides ER, ICU, MST, BHU, Subacute and Surgery services to our community.</p>",
