font-family: georgia, serif;\">Identify and remove impediments including technical issues, dependencies, and external distractions</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Mediate interpersonal conflicts alongside management, promoting unity within the team, and fostering collaboration and trust with Sponsors and Stakeholders</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assist in refining and maintaining the scrum team&#39;s Backlog and Product Roadmaps with Product Owners and SMEs as needed, as well as breaking down stories and epics into manageable tasks for the team to manage and stay streamlined and effective</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Track and visualize team performance metrics including velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, and sprint commitment accuracy to identify trends, forecast delivery, and drive data-informed improvements during retrospectives, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in business, engineering, or technology</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Experience working with developers, technical architects, and Product Owners</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Understanding of technology environments and the release process</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px;
