This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, loves building client relationships, and delivers hospitality with excellence.</p>\n<p><strong>Your key responsibilities will include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>End‑to‑end event management:</strong>Coordinating catering requests, entering orders in CaterTrax, creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Client partnership:</strong>Meeting with clients to review and detail events, understand their vision, and deliver exceptional service.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Operational leadership:</strong>Overseeing set‑up, execution, and breakdown of events; ensuring all catering deliveries are timely and accurate.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Team management:</strong>Leading a talented team of four—including a Catering Supervisor, two Catering Attendants, and a Pantry Attendant who supports catering operations.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Daily logistics & quality control:</strong>Maintaining smooth day‑to‑day catering flow, upholding service standards, and ensuring high‑quality presentation and guest experience.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
