          "text": "<p>We’re looking for a high-impact Program Manager who excels in end-to-end execution and large-scale operational delivery. In this role, you will transform complex business challenges into actionable plans, drive measurable outcomes, and partner closely with cross-functional teams, within MSX and on the customer side, to ensure flawless project execution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Project Leadership &amp; Business Execution</p><p>· Lead multiple customer supporting operational programs, and cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes.</p><p>· Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans and execution roadmaps with clear milestones.</p><p>· Evaluate current-state business processes and recommend data-driven, scalable improvements.</p><p>· Own full delivery execution: scope, timeline, quality, budget, resource planning, and client satisfaction.</p><p>· Manage customer embedded teams, including hiring and addressing employee performance.</p><p>· Proactively identify risks, operational bottlenecks, and process gaps — and present clear, solution-oriented recommendations.</p><p>· Maintain strong financial oversight, including forecasting, spend tracking, and invoicing to ensure project profitability.</p><p>Business Process &amp; Operational Alignment</p><p>· Build deep partnerships with business leaders, department heads, and operational teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.</p><p>· Work closely with MSX support functions (HR, IT, Finance) and navigate internal requirements to assure process compliance and mobilize agile support for the needs of the projects and teams under management.</p><p>· Optimize workflows and internal processes to strengthen delivery efficiency and consistency.</p><p>· Define KPIs, project health metrics, and performance dashboards to drive visibility and accountability.</p><p>· Coordinate with distributed teams, analysts, SMEs, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.</p><p>· Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and support organizational objectives.</p><p><strong>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></p><p>· Develop strong, long-term relationships with client executives and operational leaders.</p><p>· Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate alignment on scope, requirements, dependencies, and business outcomes.</p><p>· Serve as the primary communication channel between internal delivery teams and client stakeholders. This requires extensive onsite presence at customer sites, predominantly in Orange County, CA.</p><p>· Set and manage client expectations with clarity and consistency.</p><p>· Gather performance insights and client feedback to fuel continuous improvement.</p>",
