Some of the benefits of joining our team are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay.</li>\n <li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.</li>\n <li>Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.</li>\n <li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.</li>\n <li>Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.</li>\n <li>Perform comprehensive oil, filter, and lubrication services, including checking and filling fluid levels to O.E.M. specifications.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all documented Customer Service Agreement processes and guidelines.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed lube records for all work performed.</li>\n <li>Take required Scheduled Oil Samples (SOS) on components on the machine.</li>\n <li>Provide customers with service reports, oil samples, and inspection paperwork as work is performed.</li>\n <li>Inspect equipment for external signs of potential component failure.</li>\n <li>Inspect and report any inoperable safety devices or conditions.</li>\n <li>Prepare accurate and complete service reports in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Ensure field lube trucks are service-ready, including maintaining customer service fluid supplies.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate knowledge of proper startup and shutdown procedures of CAT equipment.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work after hours as needed, to meet customer demands.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or (GED) equivalent. </li>\n <li>One year experience servicing heavy equipment or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of safely operating heavy construction equipment. </li>\n <li>Basic heavy equipment service/maintenance knowledge. </li>\n <li>Able to perform machine inspections.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a service vehicle. </li>\n <li>Organizational and time management skills required. Must have the ability to set and keep priorities and professionally handle the stress associated with dealing with a fast-paced industry and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must be a Team player that is enthusiastic and hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>High degree of interpersonal skills with solid written and oral communication skills is required.</li>\n <li>Must possess the personal discipline to establish the proper image as a representative of Blanchard Machinery with the ability to meet and work with the customer in a professional manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations. </li>\n <li>Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment. </li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.). </li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy. </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. </li>\n <li>Able to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. </li>\n <li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.</li>\n <li>Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.</li>\n <li>Physical use of a broad variety of tools and machines in order to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment. </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift varied weight.</li>\n <li>Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>",
