    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">- Monitor and manage all production within the oil and gas processing facility to maximize production</p><p>- Monitor and operate all gas processing equipment, including compressors and operate engines and pumps</p><p>- Willing and able to operate plant equipment in all areas of the plant, including compression and DCS</p><p>- Works effectively with others to minimize plant downtime</p><p>- Maintain all company provided tools and equipment</p><p>- Perform routine maintenance of production equipment, diagnose / troubleshoot and repair minor issues</p><p>- Aware of DT effects on volumes; understand alarm management to minimize DT</p><p>- Optimize processing throughout the facility and maintain proper product specifications</p><p>- Perform repairs with limited supervision, report needed repair of all compressors, engines and pumps to Maintenance</p><p>- Make minor adjustments to instrument control panels that regulate gas pressures, flow rates, temperatures, and fluid levels</p><p>- Basic knowledge of routine maintenance such as changing filters, washing and flushing instruments, cleaning air coolers and exchangers, and performing lab analyses</p><p>- Prepare EPA engine log sheets for every shift; prepare daily plant report; maintain all employee related paperwork, time sheets, logs, etc. as needed in a timely manner</p><p>- Efficient in the operation of DCS (Distributed Control Systems) to monitor controls panels</p><p>- Understand and comply with SOPs; follow/ support all HSE policies at all times</p><p>- Use appropriate PPE at all times as work environment may include moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles and moderate to loud noise</p><p>- Know and comply with all PSM regulatory requirements</p><p>- Basic knowledge of operations of multiple gas processing plants, booster stations and compressor stations</p><p>- Able to demonstrate proficiency in gas plant and outside operations and maintenance</p><p>- Practice spill prevention countermeasures, control reporting, and monitor environmental compliance</p><p>- Perform security and equipment facility rounds; minimize downtime and unsafe conditions</p><p>- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual inventory reconciliation including agency and other required reports</p><p>- Perform other various tasks as assigned by the Foreman</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Specifications</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">- Ability to work with a diverse team</p><p>- Possess a working knowledge of process equipment, separation, flow, etc.</p><p>- Has basic computer skills; data entry into various electronic databases</p><p>- Ability to work safely and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures</p><p>- Has integrity, good communication skills, and a positive attitude</p><p>- Maintains good housekeeping in all areas of responsibility</p><p>- Willing to work rotating shifts</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">- 0-2 years in gas plant and outside operations or equivalent experience</p><p>- Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license, CDL a plus (and may be required in some locations)</p><p>- Legally authorized to work in the United States</p><p>- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check</p><p>- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited, state-certified program</p><p>- Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations are preferred</p><p>- Must be capable and willing to work overtime as required and participate in an on-call rotation</p><p>- Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining equipment within oil and gas facilities</p><p>- Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs</p><p>- Capable of rigorous outdoor activities with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing for long periods, working in confined spaces, exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and light industrial equipment</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
