Team member development and accountability, and overall financial profitability of the practice.</li>\n<li>Monitor production, collection, and receivables on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.</li>\n<li>Must have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows a proactive effort to improve the practice.</li>\n<li>Build positive relationships with clinical practitioners, dental assistants, and administrative team members.</li>\n<li>Thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats.</li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall success of the practice as measured by patient satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and meeting business goals both financial and operational.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2-5 years experience successfully leading/managing.</li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically.</li>\n<li>AR/AP experience, along with fundamental accounting skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently.</li>\n<li>Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels.</li>\n<li>Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-5 years of management experience in a dental office.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of dental billing (FFS, PPO).</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and ambitious.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Office Hours:</span></p>\n<p>Monday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours</p>\n<p>Tuesday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours</p>\n<p>Wednesday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours</p>\n<p>Thursday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At Mercy Dental Group, our mission is to help families experience compassionate, community-focused, and extraordinary oral healthcare throughout each of our offices.
