We are a young, design-oriented firm specializing in residential, mixed-use, commercial, and civic buildings. We are currently working on large scale projects including wood-frame multi family to residential high-rise projects. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team.</span></p>\n<p><span> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About the Position:</span><br><br>We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registered Architect</span> that must be registered with the AIBC. </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Skills and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate professional experience</strong> in architecture, preferably in Canada.</li>\n<li><strong>Proven project management experience</strong>, including leading teams and overseeing complex multi-family and residential projects from design through completion.</li>\n<li><strong>Experience securing approvals</strong> from local authorities, including rezoning and development permit applications.</li>\n<li><strong>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp</strong> (additional knowledge of design software is a plus).</li>\n<li><strong>Solid understanding of local building codes (Part 3/Part 9)</strong>, construction methods, and industry best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lead and manage the design, development, and delivery</strong> of complex multi-family and residential projects from concept to completion.</li>\n<li><strong>Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings</strong>, specifications, and contract documents in compliance with local codes and regulations.</li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors</strong> to ensure design objectives are met and project goals are achieved.</li>\n<li><strong>Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards</strong> while maintaining a high level of design excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>We offer a supportive and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
