In addition to maintaining consistent quality, helping to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and environmental standards, recommending improvements where necessary. Must be able to work within a team environment, exhibit good interpersonal skills, leadership and have experience in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential functions include but not limited to:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Create and implement company quality standards.</li><li>Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.</li><li>Train and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met.</li><li>Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.</li><li>Meet financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.</li><li>Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.</li><li>Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.</li><li>Assist in the recruiting process.</li><li>Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.</li><li>Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.</li><li>Focus on long-term goals while maintaining the day-to-day requirements.</li><li>Supports certification audits including ISO 9001.</li><li>Must be willing to work reasonable overtime.</li><li>Provide training to other new technicians.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education/ Skills /Experience:</strong><u>&nbsp;</u></p><ul><li>A minimum of an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or similar field</li><li>Minimum of three years of work experience</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of working on CMM instrument.</li><li>Knowledge of statistical and SPC methods</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)</li><li>Working knowledge of ISO standards and Internal Audits</li><li>Demonstrated strong analytical problem-solving skills</li><li>ASQ Certification</li><li>ISO Lead Auditor</li><li>Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification</li><li>Ability to teach and mentor</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Remotely:</strong> No</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year plus bonus&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 8-hour shift.
