The role supports all project phases, ensuring compliance with contract documents, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Reports to the Project Director and may supervise administrative staff, project engineers, and assistant CM/PM personnel. Position may be required to travel to other projects throughout the state of WA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>For work in multiple areas including: Clallam, King and Pierce County. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include providing the planning, coordination and direction for project management activities during all phases of projects to ensure they are on time, within budget and schedule, cost controlled, and project performance to ensure the requirements for the contract.
