Administers and interprets a variety of vestibular assessments, to determine site of vestibular impairment. Administers and interprets other assessments for various audio-vestibular diagnostic purposes as applicable. Evaluates test results in relation to behavioral, social, educational, and medical information obtained from patients, families, teachers, and other professionals. Counsels patients regarding test findings and appropriate treatment options for hearing loss. May demonstrate, dispense, program, and perform minor repairs to hearing devices, and/or hearing protective devices. Relies on education and training to complete responsibilities with minimal supervision. May lead and direct the work of others within scope of practice. Collaborates with others as part of a multidisciplinary team to direct patient care.</p>",
