    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>Purpose: &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;The Control Room Operator ensures all systems on computers for pellet mills operate according to specifications at all times and remedies all system downtime.&nbsp;</p><p>Key Accountabilities:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Adheres to company safety policies and OSHA standards.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Maintains a safe, clean, orderly and accident-free work environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Monitors entire computer system for Pellet Mill, making any adjustments as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Constantly monitors moisture level in system.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Monitors dryer, rotex, and conveyors.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Helps to adjust knives and mill rollers when shut down for maintenance.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Fills in where needed to ensure efficient operation of the mill.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Troubleshoots and resolves operational issues in a timely manner.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Coordinates with maintenance personnel to schedule and perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Ensures accurate logging and reporting of operational data.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Assists in training new operators on control room procedures and systems. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Knowledge of pellet mill operating systems.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Commitment to teamwork, being results oriented.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Strong interpersonal communication skills and effective organizational skills.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to interact with co-workers, contractors, and suppliers on a professional level.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to cross-train throughout the facility.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years&rsquo; experience operating computer systems in a manufacturing setting &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Special Features: &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Must be able to sit and/or stand for hours at a time.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Must be able to work in a dusty environment.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Must be able to frequently reach, bend, twist, stoop and climb ladders/stairs.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Able to work flexible hours &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; Willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
