2025!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n<p>The<strong> Senior Salesforce Architect</strong> will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce-based solutions supporting HRSA and broader HHS mission systems.</p>\n<p>This role is responsible for defining end-to-end architecture across Salesforce platforms, enterprise integrations, and data ecosystems, while ensuring alignment with federal compliance standards, agency enterprise architecture, and modernization objectives.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise, public sector experience, integration architecture, and leadership capability to drive enterprise transformation initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Salesforce & Solution Architecture</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect and implement solutions across Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and core platforms (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)</li>\n <li>Design and extend PSS-based solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement aligned to HRSA programs</li>\n <li>Develop scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform configurations</li>\n <li>Leverage OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards) to deliver low-code, scalable, and user-centric solutions.</li>\n <li>Design dynamic user experiences and workflows using FlexCards and OmniScripts.</li>\n <li>Define Salesforce data models, governance frameworks, and security/sharing models</li>\n <li>Evaluate and recommend build vs. buy decisions, platform capabilities, and technology stack alignment</li>\n <li>Lead architecture decisions for enterprise and multi-org Salesforce implementations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Integration & Enterprise Architecture</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and implement API-led integrations (REST/SOAP) with enterprise systems</li>\n <li>Define integration architecture using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi,)</li>\n <li>Define end-to-end integration architecture patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven, and hybrid) aligned to enterprise needs</li>\n <li>Enable event-driven and microservices-based architectures</li>\n <li>Integrate Salesforce with AWS/Azure environments and federal systems (e.g., grants platforms, data hubs)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security & Compliance (Federal Focus)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, and HHS security frameworks</li>\n <li>Implement secure architecture patterns, identity/access controls, and Zero Trust principles</li>\n <li>Support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, including preparation of security artifacts, architecture documentation, and control implementations</li>\n <li>Collaborate with security teams to develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSP), POA&Ms, and Risk Assessments</li>\n <li>Align solutions with agency enterprise architecture and governance models</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>DevSecOps & Modern Delivery</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and implement Salesforce DevOps strategy (CI/CD pipelines, version control, release automation)</li>\n <li>Utilize tools such as Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions, or equivalent</li>\n <li>Promote secure coding practices, automated testing, and release governance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data, Analytics & AI Enablement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies</li>\n <li>Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau)</li>\n <li>Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein / GenAI solutions</li>\n <li>Support enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives</li>\n <li>Translate business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, engineers)</li>\n <li>Support solutioning, capture, and proposal efforts (preferred in federal consulting environments)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10–12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with strong Salesforce focus</li>\n <li>Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Hands-on expertise in:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) <em>(strongly preferred / expected)</em></li>\n <li>Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)</li>\n <li>OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards)</li>\n <li>Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL</li>\n <li>Experience implementing case management, grants management, or regulatory workflows using Salesforce</li>\n <li>Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)</li>\n <li>Experience working in federal or regulated environments (HHS/HRSA preferred)</li>\n <li>Candidates with equivalent public sector Salesforce implementations (non-PSS) will also be considered.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Enterprise integration patterns (API-led, microservices, event-driven)</li>\n  <li>Data architecture & governance</li>\n  <li>Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)</li>\n  <li>Security & compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA)</li>\n Developer I</li>\n <li>CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – <em>Nice to have</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred / Nice-to-Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience implementing Salesforce PSS within federal agencies (HHS/HRSA)</li>\n <li>Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI capabilities</li>\n <li>Familiarity with federal grants systems (e.g., GrantSolutions) or health IT ecosystems</li>\n <li>Experience supporting proposal development / capture activities</li>\n <li>Experience designing digital experiences using OmniStudio + Experience Cloud for public sector portals</li>\n <li>Experience implementing end-to-end PSS + OmniStudio solutions in federal environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data
