Discovering hardware and software solutions Troubleshooting technical problems Identifying and repairing flaws . Replace or repair the required components. Assisting with the deployment of new applications . Support is provided in the form of procedural documentation. Managing several cases at once . New technologies are being tested and evaluated. Checking the electrical safety of equipment. Requirements Degree in computer science or information technology is required. It is advantageous to be certified for Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a related role is preferred Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS Working knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software. Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities are required. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
