Because of this, RHC Technical Publications functions as one of the primary points of technical communication with our customers around the world.</span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:-6px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Create or revise technical procedures based on:</span>\n\n\t<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle\">\n\t\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Engineering blueprints, process specifications, SBs, and SLs.</span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Vendor and OEM blueprints, STCs, and installation or maintenance manuals, when applicable.</span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Recommended changes from the field.</span></li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Become a subject matter expert on applicable Robinson Helicopter systems.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Consult with Engineers, Technical Support Representatives, shop technicians, and other subject matter experts to ensure the quality and accuracy of procedures.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Physically perform or witness the performance of maintenance procedures to validate operations and sequencing in written instructions.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Assist with troubleshooting logic creation.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Maintain helicopter configuration-specific requirements for installed equipment.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Provide highly technical drafts to Technical Writers and provide technical feedback and review to ensure high quality and accuracy of all technical publications.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Review RHC Technical Publications for technical accuracy, standardization between applicable helicopter models, and the proper treatment of legacy design.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Log all work, research, and status in Jira project management software.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\">Suggest improvements to processes and tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the work.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><strong>Note: </strong>RHC Technical Publications include Safety Alerts (SAs), Safety Notices (SNs), Service Letters (SLs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Pilot&rsquo;s Operating Handbooks (POHs), Maintenance Manuals (MMs), Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPCs), and Kit Instructions (KIs).</span></p>\n",
