As an integral part of the PureGym leadership team, the Regional Manager plays a critical role in driving high performance and high engagement across their region.</p><p>Activities to include:&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Leadership</strong></p><p>• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Multi-Site Cluster Managers to effectively guide Cluster Managers, Gym Managers and their teams in delivering an exceptional member experience.&nbsp;</p><p>• Drive engagement and performance across the region by fostering a culture aligned with the PureGym core values.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Strategy</strong></p><p>• Identify and execute commercial and operational opportunities to support regional growth and efficiency.&nbsp;</p><p>• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall business performance.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Performance</strong></p><p>• Monitor, analyze, and drive regional performance through effective P&amp;L management.&nbsp;</p><p>• Set clear expectations and communicate direction to ensure teams consistently outperform the competition.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Growth</strong></p><p>• Take ownership of new location performance while increasing volume and profitability across all sites.&nbsp;</p><p>• Build strong succession plans through targeted talent development to support ongoing regional expansion.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Operational Management</strong></p><p>• Ensure compliance and high-quality execution of all operational standards across the region.</p><p>• Deliver consistent execution of the operating model, maintaining best-in-class standards that enhance member experience and prioritize safety.&nbsp;</p><p>• Ensure all refurbs across the region are managed effectively by the gym team to mitigate impact to members.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Business Partnering</strong></p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support sustained regional performance and collaboration.</p>",
