Working across multiple departments and supply chains, this position supports forecasting, reporting, and operational planning that helps ensure our stores have the right products at the right time.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’ll work closely with teams across supply chain, product, finance, and operations while gaining exposure to how planning decisions impact both production and store performance across a growing franchise system.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hybrid role based in the Greater Pittsburgh Area</span>, requiring a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Forecasting &amp; Planning Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support day-to-day forecasting and planning activities across the business</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in preparing forecast models and planning scenarios</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain planning assumptions and update forecasts as conditions change</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Track key planning KPIs including bookings, shipments, production, inventory, and delivery performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in developing operating plans that balance inventory availability, facility capacity, and delivery timelines</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work across product, finance, operations, and procurement teams to support planning efforts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) projects and planning reviews</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate planning updates and insights to internal stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support strategic planning initiatives through data analysis and reporting</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supply Chain &amp; Operational Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with day-to-day supply chain and procurement coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help support planning across multiple supply chains that support our franchise system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure files, orders, and databases remain accurate and up to date</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help maintain operational processes and documentation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting, Systems &amp;
