Culture is King at Ski Butlers, which is why we work hard to create a positive and hard working environment for our team members, allowing them to get their work done quickly and efficiently, which translates to more time spent on the mountains.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Telluride - The Madeline</b></b></p><p><span>The Ski Valet Supervisor shift entails delivering equipment to ski in/ski out Hotel Madeline guests, offering our support service and checking equipment in and out during the customers stay. This position is based in the Hotel Madeline Valet located by the top of the Chondola at the Telluride Resort Mountain Village . You will be working closely with the Hotel Madeline team to provide seamless service to our and their guests.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This Ski Valet Supervisor role is to help promote a productive environment allowing the team to have quality guest interactions.  More specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team of Ski Technicians/ Ski Valet Technicians in their role of delivering ski rental equipment to guests in their accommodations, planning future shifts, ensuring quality equipment, and helping to answer guest questions related to our service and products. You will also be responsible for growing the business and will be rewarded as it grows. We are looking for someone who has ownership, is self-motivated, driven to succeed, and wants to grow this business and share in that success. </span></p><p></p><p><b><b>The Shifts:</b><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Full time employees receive 5 shifts per week - 7am - 5pm or 8am - close with a two hour ski break.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Full time is considered a minimum of 32 hours per week.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The start date for this position is in November 20, 2023</span></p></li><li><p><span>We are also hiring for part time positions for this role.</span></p></li><li><p><span>4 shifts per week - 7am - close with a two hour ski break</span></p></li><li><p><span>Our schedule allows you to get out skiing/riding any day you want to!</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Compensation: </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span> </span><span>Full-time Ski Valet Supervisor have a base wage of $25/ hour.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ski Valet Supervisor will receive a ski pass on their start date.</span></p></li><li><p><span>401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 21 years old</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></b><b><b>​</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Deliver ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to our customers’ accommodations, getting the guest excited about their ski trip by focusing on our Key Customer Requirements:</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>On Time:<span> Arrive at the agreed upon time.</span></p></li><li><p>Equipment:<span> The right equipment for each customer in great condition.</span></p></li><li><p>Communication:<span> Set clear expectations around the entire scope of service.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Check equipment in and out of the valet, working directly with the hotel front desk team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide equipment support to our customers and fellow ski technicians.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Pickup equipment after our guests last ski/snowboard day.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Staging orders for future deliveries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic ski tuning, waxing and general maintenance of our equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organization and cleanliness of the shop.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Answering and making calls to our guests.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Administrative work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Building relationships with the hotel team.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>​</span></p><p><i>Application Deadline: Recruiting timelines vary by position.
