font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">SUMMARY OF POSITION </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Kinsley is currently seeking personnel for our mechanical trades with experience in<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Millwrighting &amp; Welding</span> based out of our North East, MD Office. Our work includes machinery moving, complete facility relocate, plant maintenance, field fabrication, piping disconnects and reconnects, and installation of various material handling systems.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\"><span><span>Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Use instruments for precise layout.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform rigging work including jacking, skating, heavy forklift operation and loading/unloading trucks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform steel erection including shake out, connections and detail work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform installation of miscellaneous metals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform installation of conveyors, dryers, and other material handling equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform installation of equipment and piping in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Field verify dimensions and perform field fabrication and fitting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Working at heights utilizing ladders, man lifts, etc. is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Must be willing to work some weekends as needed for client shutdowns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Must be willing to travel for “out of town” jobs as needed and some will require overnight stay.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or GED is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">3-5 years of experience is preferred but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Current driver’s license is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Ability to operate man lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, skid steer loaders, etc. is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Must be familiar with or willing to learn OSHA and MSHA safety regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Must be familiar with working around cranes and hand signals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to multitask and strong communications skills are required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Strong math skills are essential. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Welding with experience in MIG and stick welding in all positions is preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Previous work experience installing equipment in heavy industry and/or the mining industry is preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
