          "text": "<p><strong><u>We’re looking for:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Certified Veterinary Technician with an active license&#xa0;<u>or</u>&#xa0;3 - 4 years veterinary technician experience, ideally with eligibility to take the VTNE and become licensed.</strong></li><li>Rehab certification (CCRP,CCRT or equivalent) preferred,&#xa0;or&#xa0;<strong>minimum</strong>&#xa0;of 1 year working as a rehab technician.</li><li>Rotating weekend availability is&#xa0;<strong>required</strong>.</li><li>Ability to carry out therapeutic exercises. Must be able to train and assist patients in performing exercises, monitor for proper technique and for signs of fatigue.</li><li>Perform basic massage techniques.</li><li>Utilize modalities including class IV laser, therapeutic ultrasound, E-stim and underwater treadmill.</li><li>Teach clients how to perform home exercises as part of home exercise program.</li><li>Maintain medical records on rehab appointments.</li><li>Physically demanding position. Must be able to get up and down from floor easily, bend over, lift 40-50 lbs.</li><li>Utilize fear free approaches in patient handling.</li><li>Assist in maintenance of rehab equipment and space.</li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate with DVM about patient progress and any concerns.&#xa0;</li><li>Be able to effectively and compassionately communicate with clients.</li><li>As needed, assist rehab DVM with evaluations, sedated procedures, or orthopedic radiographs.</li></ul>",
