The Tech Project Manager will<br>share this ethos and bring a passion to disrupt norms. As a Tech Project Manager you will play a<br>pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic vision for our generative AI-based product(s)<br>and increase Quantanite’s competitiveness in the outsourcing market . Your role involves<br>orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, establishing the needs of the product users and<br>exceptional product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination<br>of strategic and innovative mindset and will be able to demonstrate applying Generative AI,<br>Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to solving business problems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<p>We see your responsibilities spanning strategy, management and support.</p>\n<p><br>● Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, including defining the long-term<br>strategy and roadmap<br>● Critically understand the market and project user needs<br>● Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Innovation, Operations and Support teams to ensure<br>alignment of project strategy<br>● Manage financial aspects of the project including budgeting, pricing and revenue<br>forecasts<br>● Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality delivery<br>● Establish exceptionally close relationships with end users to understand needs and gather<br>feedback<br>● Assist the development team<br>● Work closely with business analysis team and SMEs, providing clear direction and<br>maintaining alignment with the core product strategy<br>● Work with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and enhance the<br>product based on end user experience<br>● Ensure that the product is scalable, maintainable, and meets leading practices for security,<br>performance and data management<br>● Collaborate, validate, and provide frequent updates to the leadership and internal<br>stakeholders<br>● Support the sales team with development of pilots and product pitches<br>● Collaborate with sales and innovation teams to develop go-to-market strategy</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Candidate</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will possess:</span><br>● A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; a management degree will be a big plus<br>● Minimum 5+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of proven experience in project<br>management and product strategy development<br>● Prior experience in Generative AI-based projects is mandatory, especially in a technology<br>startup or fast-growing technology companies<br>● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br>● Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills<br>● Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs and driving product<br>customizations<br>● Results-driven with demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration<br>● Innovative with a passion for emerging technologies<br>● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment<br>● High personal resilience</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span><br>At Quantanite, we ask a lot of our associates, which is why we give so much in return.
