Perform all responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician I while bringing advanced expertise in specialized trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Approach every task with craftsmanship and precision, contributing to a refined, safe, and uninterrupted guest experience that reflects the excellence and sophistication of a luxury hospitality environment. Expected to work evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, maintaining a strong presence throughout peak guest service hours while ensuring operational excellence across the property. Professional Experience Minimum of four years of experience in building maintenance, with strong working knowledge across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general engineering operations. Prior experience within luxury hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, work order systems, and Marriott or comparable hospitality standards is considered a strong advantage.
